These Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, purchase of, and use of the TOTP Authenticator mobile application, including its Free and Plus features (collectively, the “App”).
The App is provided by Cognifly Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16295499, with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU (“Cognifly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions concerning security, backups, recurring subscriptions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the App, you confirm that:
If you do not agree, do not download or use the App. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you download the App through Apple’s App Store, applicable Apple Media Services terms and usage rules also apply. These Terms are between you and Cognifly, not Apple. To the extent Apple’s standard end user licence agreement applies to the App, these Terms supplement it. To the extent these Terms are presented as the App’s custom end user licence agreement, these Terms constitute that agreement.
